Security
How we think about protecting the platform we’re building — and how to report an issue.
1. Security is built in, not bolted on
We design our platform to be production-grade from day one. The shared chassis behind our products uses modern authentication, role-based access control, encrypted secrets and tenant isolation.
2. How we protect data
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to systems is limited to the people who need it, secrets are stored securely rather than in code, and dependencies are kept up to date.
Because our products are still in development, our practices evolve as we move toward launch — and we’ll publish more detail as we do.
3. Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you’ve found a security issue in this site or our platform, please email hello@pxlhut.com with the details. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you to confirm and fix it.
Please don’t publicly disclose an issue until we’ve had a reasonable chance to address it.
This document is a plain-language starting point for a studio that's still pre-launch — not legal advice. Questions? Reach us at hello@pxlhut.com.
