The ground rules for using the Pxlhut website while our products are in development.
1. About these terms
Pxlhut Technologies (“Pxlhut”, “we”, “us”) is an independent software studio. These terms cover your use of this website and any waitlist, contact or early-access forms on it.
Our products are still in development. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a finished product, and feature lists, timelines and progress figures describe what we are building — they may change.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and submit our forms for their intended purpose. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated scraping at a scale that degrades it, or misuse any form to send spam or unlawful content.
The site, its design, copy and brand assets are owned by Pxlhut. You may share links to it, but please don’t copy the design or content as your own.
3. Waitlist & early access
Joining a waitlist or requesting early access registers your interest. It does not guarantee access, a price, or a launch date, and we may contact you about the relevant product.
We’ll only email you about what you signed up for, plus the occasional build update. You can ask us to remove you at any time at hello@pxlhut.com.
4. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” while we build. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and pre-launch information may be incomplete.
5. Changes & contact
We may update these terms as our products move toward launch. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
